1. I hope everyone is staying warm during these nasty cold days nation wide. As we prepare for the winter/spring season, please be aware of our last minute cancellation policy. We rarely if ever cancel tournaments. Now if your school/club sports office decides to not allow your team to travel due to weather concerns, you will get a full refund. However, if you simply choose not to show up just because.. the last minute cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
Last Minute Tournament Cancellations: If a team drops out from a tournament inside two weeks (14 days or less), they will forfeit their entire registration fee and be penalized neg. 100 points in the league standings. In addition they will lose priority status when registering for subsequent league events. A team that has two last minute cancellations in a season will become ineligible for the league championship that season. A team must give an e-mail notification to withdraw from a tournament at least 14 days prior to the tournament date in order to receive a full refund/credit.

• Your spot(s) for tournament(s) will not be guaranteed unless a payment is received. You sending me the registration form without money (or an e-mail saying your money is on the way) will NOT guarantee spots.
If you suspect it will be a while for your school to process a payment, do one of two things below to guarantee your spot(s):
option 1: send a personal check as a placeholder.
Your personal check will be destroyed once the school check is received.
OR
option 2: send money thru Venmo. @Jung-Park-26
The money will be returned to the account it came from as soon as the school payment is received.
