Update 1/14/2026
January 14, 2026
All, as many of you are aware. We still need your help to host on a few dates. We desperately need more tournaments in the WEST division. We are quickly running out of time.
If your team is interested in hosting a league tournament, pick a Saturday or Sunday between Feb 7 (Sat) through March 21 (Sat). Avoid the dates where another school within 2 hour driving distance is already hosting. Confirm with your administration first to see if you can reserve the gym, then let me know.
Below is the latest Winter/spring semester schedule for the WEST:
Feb 1 (Sun) Oswego (WEST) - 5 spots left * Please let me know asap if your team is interested in attending. Remember you do not have a lot of options as of today.

• The tournament registration is now open.
The updated spring tournament registration/invoice form can be found at
https://www.nwvcl.org/pdf/nwvcl_tourney_registration.pdf
• Your spot(s) for tournament(s) will not be guaranteed unless a payment is received. You sending me the registration form without money (or an e-mail saying your money is on the way) will NOT guarantee spots.
If you suspect it will be a while for your school to process a payment, do one of two things below to guarantee your spot(s):
option 1: send a personal check as a placeholder.
Your personal check will be destroyed once the school check is received.
OR
option 2: send money thru Venmo. @Jung-Park-26
The money will be returned to the account it came from as soon as the school payment is received.
As always, please let me know if you have any questions.
